Dear Residents,
We would like to inform you that Rose Paving will be conducting additional asphalt repairs on Friday, April 19, 2024, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. These repairs will be carried out in two phases to minimize disruption to your day. Please take note of the following details:
Phase One (Outlined in red):
The repairs during phase one will affect the entrance and exit of the main driveway. We kindly request that you exercise caution if you need to use this area between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Additionally, there will be no parking allowed in the identified areas during this time(The identified areas are an existing “no parking” area).
Phase Two (Outlined in yellow):
Phase two will involve repairs to the rear speed bumps. Please anticipate delays if you choose to drive near these speed bumps between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. We recommend planning alternate routes for rear parking during this period.
